IMPORTANT HALLOWEEN BOOKING INFORMATION
All tickets are for specific time slots. You must attend at your allocated time.
Each session lasts 3 hours, and you'll need to book into one of the following times:
Morning: 10.00am to 1.00pm
Afternoon: 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Please arrive as close to the start of your session as possible so you can enjoy everything we have planned.
To help us prepare the park for your visit, please do NOT arrive before your allocated time slot.
Flexi Ticket Insurance (Optional) – £5 per booking
For added peace of mind, you can purchase Flexi Ticket Insurance for £5 per booking. This allows you to:
- Move your tickets to another available date or time with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Cancel your booking with at least 5 days' notice and receive a refund of your ticket cost (excluding the £5 Flexi Ticket Insurance fee).
Flexi Ticket Insurance must be added at the time of booking and applies to the entire booking.
