For example, if you book the 11:00am – 11:30am time slot, you can arrive at any time between 11:00am and 11:30am.
What happens when you arrive?
Your booked time slot is your arrival window only. It does not limit how long you have to enjoy the Christmas Experience.
Once you have checked in, you’ll make your way through the experience at your own pace rather than as part of a guided group. This means you can spend as much or as little time as you like enjoying each activity before moving on to the next.
