Important Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before purchasing. Misuse of passes may result in refusal of entry and cancellation of your membership without refund.

A maximum of 2 named adults are permitted on a Family Pass.
-
The 2 named adults must be living at the same address.
-
At least one named adult must be present when using the pass for entry.
-
Another adult may attend in place of one pass holder only if one named pass holder is present.
-
Passes are strictly for use by the named members only. Sharing or misuse is strictly prohibited.

Any additional adults not named on the pass will be charged standard admission on the day.

Photo ID with proof of address (e.g. driving licence or passport) is required at every visit. This is strictly enforced. If you do not have valid photo ID, the pass cannot be used.
Booking Your Visits
All visits must be pre-booked through our online booking system.
To book:

Select ‘Adult Member’ and ‘Child Member’ tickets.

Book only the number of members included on your pass.

Enter your membership number when prompted.
On arrival, you must bring:

Your booking reference

Your photo ID
